Minimum Hardware requirements

I'm plan to use Vicidial in my Telemarketing Company .No of seats is 10-30 .Please anyone help me what is the minimum hardware requirement for the Server.

4G RAM
Hard Disk or better 180G SSD

I had a problem against I used vicibox Redux 3.1.14 after all installation is finished i can't login in administration i used User Name 6666 and password is 1234.

Yes i follow each and very step of this manual during installation.From my sql the vicidial Users field is empty in the database table...So please tell me what to do.

have u tried re-installing? if your unable to do it in one try u can always re-install to see where ur error started.

i normally insert the live cd, go to phase 1 again, os-install, vicibox-install

I also do like that three time but i got the same result.
