Text To Speech with AMD

Hi! Is Text To Speech with AMD possible? I'm able to work TTS but whenever i use it on AMD it doesn't work,it doesn't leave a message on voicemail. Please advise.

Asterisk-based AMD is really not that accurate(about 70%), and takes up to 5 seconds to finish after the Answer signal has finished. We haven't really tested Cepstral TTS with standard AMD because almost none of our clients use standard AMD. We have tested it with Sangoma CPD and it works just fine, we have several clients using this configuration.

What version of Cepstral are you using?

What Cepstral licenses did you purchase exactly?

Hi Matt! Below is my Cepstral version.My other concern is Live call is being detected as AMD by TTS.Please advise. Thanks in advance Matt!

You should also upgrade your Vicidial version to 2.4 RC1 or latest svn/trunk, there are bugs that have been fixed in our answering machine handling in the last year.
