I noticed you have talk with my colleague in PM but writing an answer for anyone else that is interested.

We are not using the traditional agent screen, we have built it from the ground up and been a bit lazy with the translation files.
The system is divided in to 2 projects;
- "PHP ViciManager" as we call it is a library for all the communication with Vici, a main focus has been clean code so it is easy to maintain(OOP based and requires PHP5).
- TBAcaller which is the agent screen, our PHP ViciManager is the core of the agent screen and at the moment it support predictive dialing, mute, recordings, stats and a custom sales made screen so the agent can pick what was sold.

The PHP VIciManager is an interesting project that is expanding every day, i hope we will be able to add support for all Vici functionality. At the moment its based on 2.2.1 release but will be ported to 2.4 soon.
