My own Callback status

Hi, I've got a problem.

I need additional status like Callback - e-mail sent previously', so I've added it to System Statuses and checked 'Y' in selectable, human answer, customer contact, callback - just like in CALLBK status.

I've decided to test it and it doesn't work. When I select 'CALLBK' status it moves me to calendar to schedule callback and It's correct. If I select my own status 'CALLBKES' (Callback e-mail sent) I'm not moved to calendar.

Does anyone know what I am supposed to do to make my status working like CALLBK ?

There is also 'Scheduled Callbacks' changed to 'Y' in Campaign, my userlevel is 9 and in user details i have checked Scheduled Callbacks and Agent-only callbacks.

I use ViciBOX Redux (I don't remember version exactly)
In admin.php I see only:

may need an upgrade. on systems we use we get the ability to select callback data upon creating a custom callback status.

if you're not sure, set up a "fake" system in VMWare or an old workstation (spare HD? :) ) and test it ... the VMWare is only good for a single phone call, not production, but it's perfect for this scenario (to see if a feature has been fixed in a later release ... not production).
