Hello,

We have Vicibox redux 3.1.15 & Vicidial version 2.6b0.5 (svn upgrade) on single HP server . Would like to know whether QC feature is active in this version.

The QC feature is not active in any version, it was never completed. William has been working on a basic version of it for the last year or so though, he has said it will be released open-source when it is complete.

We are using the QC feature already. Not sure when William will release it to the community. Maybe he will give an update here. I can send it to you but it is at full risk to you because it is very much version specific at this stage until he sorted out the ease of installing it on other versions.... Or that is the way I understand it.

Has there been any update on this feature?
I do not need anything very complex but currently do QC in a MS Access database and would love to have everything centralized.

I will forward the info to you. I would love to see this eventually integrated with Vicidial. QC must surely be a standard requirement for most call centers.
