Suddenly no leads loaded in the hopper anymore

We were calling without problems as usual. We noticed we were almost out of leads so i reset the list and it said there were lots of dialable leads again but they would not be loaded into the hopper:

This campaign has 4166 leads to be dialed in those lists - HIDE

This campaign has 0 leads in the dial hopper

I have reset the hopper and even disabled/re enabled the entire campaign but still nothing is loaded in the hopper. Relevant settings:

List mix-disabled
List order-down count
Dial Method-ratio
Call times-24hrs

I did a SVN upgrade this weekend. Has something changed regarding leads to be loaded into the hopper?

I tested on another campaign by disabling it and clearing the hopper but it worked fine. Seems to be a campaign specific problem.

Right now there are 35 leads in the hopper but the minimum hopper level is 500. I didn't do the database repair yet.

Number of leads loaded into the hopper is now 49.

Update: Seems this is a list specific problem, once i activate another list it loads the minimum number of leads into the hopper. Still don't understand why it says more then 4000 dialable leads on that one list and never gets past 49 leads.

Alright i think we resolved the issue. The 4000+ leads were not placed into the hopper because of the call count limit setting. I suspect that along the way something has been changed in this feature in the SVN trunk that changed how this function works.
