API - Problem

Hi!
We are using non_agent_api.php, the problem that we are having is that the calls are taking 30 to 60 seconds to connect to an agent is there any settings or adjustment that we need to modify to resolve this problem? Or is there any possible cause why we experiencing this problem?

1) you did not post your installation method with version. Please always include this (a copyright by Goautodial is a hint, but not really what I'm looking for).

2) This question is a support question, not related to GoAutoDial which is merely the installer. I will move this question to the Support board so you may reach your intended audience. The GoAutoDial board is for installation issues or issues directly related to the special CentOS interface of GoAutoDial.

3) You post an entry to the api, the lead is added to the list, but I do not see an entry to add the lead to the hopper.

4) You should also post Asterisk CLI related to the incident.
