Issue with manual hangup

Hey Guys,

We are using goautodial 2.1 CE from the latest ISO image.

Version is :
VERSION: 2.4-309a
BUILD: 110430-1642

Exact Issue :

Our agents are calling with the manual option dial ( we do not need predictive dialing for our business right now ) When an agents finishes his call, sometimes they will press on the HANGUP button on theyr agent UI and the call will not get hanged up. The agent then logs out and logs back in in order to terminate the call...

I have attached a log of the CLI of when it happens. ( you will notice agent /logout/login as the issue happens frequently )

have u tried using the original agent interface if it works better?

I've tried the vicidia.php.orig interface but i am faced with the same exact issues.

At this point, i also tried doing an SVN upgrade but it did not help my issue . Same issue is still hapenning all the time.

I will now take another server and build vicidial from scratch on it .

Hopefully i will be able to restore all setttings such as users, campaign etc on the new server.

to clarify u used http://server/agc/vicidial.php for the original agent intergace right?

U will be creating a new server with using scratch installation? why not try first Vicibox?

I tired with this interface but it was missing several buttons. such as next call and lead search. moreover the same problem remains:(
