HI..
I would like to ask if we can customize our voicemail message per campaign.
We have 3 inbound accounts and we would like to customize the greetings per account.
is that possible?

Yes, you can have each DID set to its own in-group; each in-group can play its own welcome message prior to being transferred and you may have all those in-groups filter into the same campaign. You will record your audio file on the system directly, or upload your file to the audio store. Then you will select that file in the audio file chooser for the Play Welcome Message FILENAME field. You will select ALWAYS on play welcome message.
You mentioned VOICEMAIL, so if you are referring to the message that plays if no one is available in that In-group and they get routed to Voicemail: choose that file name on the Voicemail audio chooser.
