Vtiger (5.1.0) Integration in VicidialNOW

hy everybody !
i've a problem with the sychronisation with the vtiger crm version 5.1.0 it doen't wanna synchronize with my vicidial system , i've done everythink like i see in the other topic's
Enable Vtiger Integration: 1
Vtiger DB Server IP: <my ip>
Vtiger DB Name: vtigercrm504
Vtiger DB Login: vtiger
Vtiger DB Password: vtuser
Vtiger URL: <my ip>/vtigercrm
and also click in "Click here to Synchronize users with Vtiger"
and it says that i't's DONE but it still doesn't want to show me my campaigns etc .....
please can someone help me and tell if that version of vtiger crm (5.1.0) work with my vicidial system because my image iso hav install all this thinks.

AFAIK the only thing that sync setting transfers is Users. Do they transfer?

noo there is no sync and no transfert ! thats the problem , and i don't know why :'(
