customize Real-Time Screen

hi,

can we customize Real-Time Screen, like if the agent has a call for 5min the color changes into orange, if 10min it changes to red.. just like when the agent is waiting for calls. the highlighted text turns darker and darker blue....

i hope you understand what i was saying... im not good in english

Sure, login to the server,
take a look in /srv/www/htdocs/vicidial/realtime_report.php
make backups of the files before you do any changes to them
