Upgrade non SVN install

Hello, I have a multiserver setup using Vicibox Redux VERSION: 2.2.1-237 BUILD: 100510-2015, installed following the steps in the manual found in the vicibox webpage.

Now I cannot stop and reinstall the call center, so I was wondering if I can just upgrade it and have all the features included in the latest svn trunk version???? Of course I need to do it and have a working system again inmediatly.

My servers are 2 web servers, 2 asterisks servers, 1 database server and 1 archive server, there are 150 agents.

Sure you can upgrade to SVN trunk. See the instructions in the UPGRADE file in the SVN check out to upgrade 2.2 to 2.4 and 2.4 to 2.6. I used instructions from the forum sticky here: http://www.vicidial.org/VICIDIALforum/v ... hp?t=16326. Be sure to backup and test!
