Add New Call Disposition.

Hi ,
I need to add " Wrong Number" in call disposition.Is it possible to add new call disposition and if it is possible please help me how to add .

yes that is possible. there are 2 ways

I suggest you read the manuals page 176 "Admin - System Statuses"
or you can do "Campaign-Specific Custom Statuses"

You can use the method of trial and error too, a hint is "vicidial manager interface" -> "Admin" -> "System Statuses"
