Change compaign?

It is a solution for admin to change agent compaign from other without say them to logout and choose other compaign?

no, there is no option to do that due to all of the campaign settings that would have to be converted to real-time configurable. This would require a significant amount of time to do in the agent interface.

brett05: what do you mean anyway?
btw, its sound like a bad feature, making a user do a active choice is better because then the user will know what campaign he is on and what he will talk about,
do a force logout and let them login again is best imo
