A little issue with vendor_lead_code and fronter variables

Postby eijal » Tue Feb 13, 2007 7:36 pm

Hi,
May be there is a little issue with vendor_lead_code and fronter variables. OK this is what happen:

The fronter makes a consultative transfer and all data is transferred correctly for the first time, including --A--vendor_lead_code--B-- and --A--fronter--B-- (I am transfering all my necesaries variables to a iframe in the CLOSER campaign), but IF for some reason the CLOSER leaves the 3-way call and the FRONTER attempts to make another consultative transfer (in the same call and customer), again almost all data is transferred correctly, except the --A--vendor_lead_code--B-- and --A--fronter--B-- variables, now they are from the CLOSER and not from de FRONTER.

PD.
If the FRONTER goes a head with another number and custormer everything is OK again

How exactly are you doing consultative transfers?

What version of the vicidial.php code are you using?(build code from the last CHANGELOG entry at the top of the script)

OK

First: The fronter is in a campaign called TestCamp, and I am doing the consultative transfer with CXFER90009

Second: A campaing called CLOSER with an In-Group called CL_TESTCAMP_L receives the consultative transfer.

Third: I am using VICIDIAL web-client version: 2.0.118 BUILD: 70213-1018 from http://domain/agc/vicidial.php

Note: Please tell me if you need more information, I think I am giving the exact information for the problem

The data should be updated to the last agent who touched the record, if the first closer hung up and then waited a little while before dispositioning the call, his data could have overwritten the data sent by the fronter while waiting for the second closer to get on the line.

I have not heard of sending to one internal closer then hanging up and sending to a seconds internal fronter, what kind of campaign are you doing?
