Invalid Extension after the agent login and phone ring

Dears;

After the agent login, the phone ring, after answering the phone we hear a message:

Sorry, it is invalid extension.

I think I have a mistake in the Agent Screen Login and login password in the Admin --> Phone configuration. They have to be same as the Agent login and Agent Password? Or they have to be the Phone Extension and Phone password?

Is this my problem or it is related to something else?

I need to add something:

When the agent login and the call come to the phone, I discovered that the coming call is compound from the session ID and before it 5555 (for example the session ID is 8600051) so I see in the log the following:


[Jun 15 09:04:12] NOTICE[11641]: chan_local.c:599 local_call: No such extension/context 55558600051@ExternalAgent while calling Local channel
[Jun 15 09:04:12] NOTICE[11641]: channel.c:3612 __ast_request_and_dial: Unable to call channel Local/55558600051@ExternalAgent

So what is the storey of the 55558600051 and what I do to overcome this?

Is it normal that once agent logged in, it should get a call and hear invalid extension?
Is it normal that this call to be for the session id? Why there is 5555 before the session id?

Can someone help me? I am not able to find answer please.
