Dears;
After the agent login, the phone ring, after answering the phone we hear a message:
Sorry, it is invalid extension.
I think I have a mistake in the Agent Screen Login and login password in the Admin --> Phone configuration. They have to be same as the Agent login and Agent Password? Or they have to be the Phone Extension and Phone password?
Is this my problem or it is related to something else?
