access to one folder.. possible?

I would like to give access to an individual to download files from var/spool/monitorDONE/MP3. Is there a way that I can grant someone access to that folder without giving them access to the rest of the server? FYI they would need remote access. Thanks.

You could probably do this using an .htaccess and a .htpasswd file in Apache2. Doing so is far outside the scope of these forums though. I recommend doing a Google search for 'Apache2 htaccess howto' and see what comes up.
