The call does not ring at the Phone

Dears;

The call is coming to the agent desktop (vicidial screen) and does not ring at the phone, WHY?

By the way, when the agent login and it ring at the Phone to hear the message, what normally I have to do? Just answer the call and hangup or I have to press any thing? Also, this ring is a must to happen ?!

Appreciate the kindly help and answer plz.

Why the call reach for the agent desktop and not ring at the Phone?
