I m having vicidial installed and working properly.

We have In Group setup. For this ingroup the inbound call report show some of the dispositions which are not set.

The above dispositions are not set for in group still call record are inserted into vicidial_log and vicidial_closer_log table and comes in inbound call reports.
What is the meaning of the above dispositions and why it is coming ? This is affecting the gross call calculations.
