DO I HAVE ENOUGH BANDWIDTH

Hi all.

We are planning to adding 15 other agents to our installation( 15 right now).with their own single server in fact we are hiring them to someone else.

Just wondering if a 3 mega downstream and upstream is enough to run this number of computers(30) with no issue.

Using only ulaw with recording all calls(delaying recording to 30seconds)

dial method:Manual and Ratio .

I'd recommend using a more compressed codec like GSM or G729 to save on bandwidth. While 3 mbps is good enough to handle 30 simultaneous calls using Ulaw, you can get more channels using GSM or G729. Very useful if you plan on doing more than 1:1 ratio dialing or doing some predictive dialing.
