calls being placed on server not delete

Hi, my name is Biagio I had install three Vicidial Server with VICIBOX REDUX SVN

Vicidial 2.4-309a
BUILD: 110430-1642
Asterisk 1.4

1 server (DB/WEB/Asterisk) called 200
1 server (WEB/Asterisk) called 2
1 server (WEB/Asterisk) called 245

Trunk IAX between server are UP and load Balance is work

when 245 placed calls and calls are answare from agent all is ok, but when call not answare from lead or drop in to report outbound of server 245 the call are persent in to the table, I looking for in to DB and i see call in to table vicidial_auto_calls. This call not delete from DB and server not place another calls only server 245 with problem. Somebody help me?
i can send screen of problem.
