Add DID In Vicidialnow

Hi,

i am using the vicidialnow 2.0 version. and i am using the Australia DID number. but i cont find out how to setup in vicidialnow administrator GUI. please help me to how to setup the DID in vicidialnow

1) Welcome to the party raju!

2) VicidialNOW is an installation cd for "Vicidial". So you are asking a question about "Vicidial" and the question is a "support" question. In the future, you may wish to post questions like this on the Support board instead of the GoAutoDial board (which may result in an answer ... but has fewer people on it as it is limited to GoAutoDial (formerly VicidialNOW) which is just and installer for Vicidial. (For instance there is another installer called "Vicibox" from Vicibox.com which has its own board ... but Support for Vicidial itself is best handled in the Support board).

3) You are using a very old version of Vicidial if you have not upgraded from your VicidialNOW installation! Consider upgrading!

4) The FREE Vicidial Manager's Manual covers the installation of a DID fairly well, and it has not changed much since the version you are on (more features/options, but the installation of the DID is the same). So surf to "EFLO.net" and download the manual and see if that is helpful.

5) when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.
