I am running a survey with over 300K leads. The first day it ran (6/18/2012) it worked fine. Today is a different story. I find that calls stop 20 minutes after the remote agent has logged in to the system. The only way I can get it to start dialing again is to change the agent status to inactive, wait for the remote agent to logout, and then change it back to active. Thanks in advance for any and all help.

Turns out the problem was not with the Vicidial itself but with the gateway I am using to get to my SIP provider. That day we got about 10 times more inbound calls than usual. It was creating a heavy burden on the gateway. Next day the number of inbound calls dropped to a normal level and the campaign kept running fine.
