vtiger crm does not display properly in vicidial

Hi,

I installed vicibox server v3.0 which contains vtiger crm 5.1. Now, when i try to integrate vtiger crm with vicidial, the integration is succesful. however, the gui breaks when any agent logs in. I cannot post any images because the forum thinks i am spamming. Could anyone help me fix the gui for the CRM integration?

1) Welcome to the party!

2) when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

3) there is a fix for some versions of vTiger that ship with Vicibox. The problem is generally just in the add a new lead script (if you are experiencing the one I've posted before). If so, search for "private private" in the vTiger directories. Remove one of the "private" words (if you find it, of course!). I've posted the fix in more detail a few times in the past, if that's not enough. (I'm short on time!)

The vicidial has synced with vtiger as I can log into vtiger crm with vicidial usernames. The only problem is with the display of vtiger within vicidal . When any agent logs in, the second tab "Script" should show up the details of the leads from vtiger crm. It shows, but the css breaks. Below is the link to the screenshot, but i had to put dot in brackets to avoid being detected as a spam post.

If so, try putting vTiger in an iframe that isn't in Vicidial ... to see if that works.

you may also want to post your code for the iframe that holds vTiger in the script.

The problem does not happen at all when i access vtiger directly using http(:)//your_ip/vtigercrm/index.php

1. Login to vicidial for outbound calls using phone login and user login
2. Click on "Script" tab on the top left hand side of the screen.
3. The broken vtiger crm page is shown there.

Also, I wanted to know if VtigerCRM 5.4 is compatible with Vicidial. Is it worth upgrading.

Compatible? yes. Will the present integration built into Vicidial work without any changes? no. There are some fixes that would need to be made. Vicidial will work with 5.2 with a few changes, but I've never had a client ask for 5.4.

I must be overlooking this, as I don't see a screen shot, maybe I'm not reading thoroughly enough.

But: Please post the configuration information. Such as the content of the script.

start with the sync users option in the system setting page. then you'll need to modify all the scripts that build the interaction. your best bet would be to use the documentation that shows the present integration method, then you can trace that existing method and fix the broken items one at a time. starting point: the vtiger integration documentation which i believe is in the docs folder of the vicidial distribution files.
