We are experiencing a problem where inbound callers try to enter their vendor lead code via a call menu. Sometimes the keys they press are registered double in vicidial and the vendor lead code is not found.
Example: 051224775536 (22, 77, 55)
Does anyone know what could be causing this?
I also used the DTMF logging feature in the Call Menu modify screen and set it to log DTMF results in the address1 field but when i export the list that column is empty.
Regards, Dennis

There are settings for DTMF that can affect "sensitivity". You should also, of course, test this extensively yourself. Unless, of course, you are calling a lot of geriatric wards and their fingers all slip a lot. LOL
You should first test to see if you can get the DTMF Logging working in a test environment. Testing on real client calls is rarely a good idea.

We tested extensively tonight. Couldn't find a clear problem.
We did refresh the carrier and changed allowed codecs from ulaw only to ulaw+alaw+gsm.
It was working correctly for months with previous settings, seems to be working again now.
Tomorrow production again.
