SVN seems to have issues

svn server has huge packet loss.. is there a issue with it?

There was for a few hours, but it is back up again now.

I have been unable to connect all day today, are you currently having issues?

working fine today, we had issues last night though, someone was ping-flooding one of our IPs, we switched and it's all better now.
