Duplicate Entries at the hopper

Hi. I'm sorry if this question may be brought up before but we've been getting duplicate entries (Lead IDs) on the hopper. Please see the screenshots below. Any tips on getting this fixed? It won't let me post a photo here, please let me know if this is needed.

is this a leads uploaded on the dialer?if yes, try configuring lead duplicate check to "check for duplicates by phone in list ID" the next u uploaded a leads

Thanks for the quick reply. We have a dupe list ID and we upload list by selecting "Check for Duplicates by Phone in Entire System". I downloaded this list and check, there are no duplicates too.

You can also see that the duplicates on the hopper have the same Lead ID and these are only generated when leads are uploaded in the Vicidial.

Got this issue fixed by setting.

List Order: Down Count

Only one problem here is, this Campaign is set to "Manual Dial" , a single lead gets stuck on the hopper. It like being dialled 20 times by an agent.
