Vicidial Server Backup?

Hey Team Vicidial, I was wondering if there was a script to backup an active server. I know how to do a mysql dump but was wondering if I needed to backup any config files as well?

check in /usr/share/astguiclient/

there are lot of useful scripts., backup script is also there
open the file and read first few line for the purpose of that script and how to use it.

or execute with "--help" and they will give you their parameters.

also look in /usr/src/astguiclient/[version]/docs

Very handy stuff in there as well.
