Agents on 3way

Postby amedina » Wed Aug 01, 2012 1:25 pm

Hi,

We have agents that are talking on 3way in Inbound. Scenario is one inbound call goes to the 2 Agents available.

We only have 1 IN Group dedicated to only 1 DID. Agents are logged in to different dialers. In-Group Agent Search Method is LB (Load-Balanced). Please help!

you listed the version for your installer, but not the version for Vicidial. The Vicidial build is helpful, but the version is required. :) Otherwise you did a very good job posting your specs, Kudos.

Perhaps you should share the setup of your DID and Ingroup, plus a description of your cluster.

CLI output from an example call would also be appropriate.

Has this "always been this way", or is this a new problem in a system that has been running for a while ... or did it begin when you added a second dialer ...?

Hi William,

This is happening on only one campaign, other campaigns are working fine. We started the new campaign a month ago, and this started to occur friday last week upto now.

Please see below setup.
DID:
DID Route: IN_GROUP | Call Menu: defaultlog | IN_GROUP ID: XXX | IN Group Call Handle Method: CIDLOOKUPRC | In-Group Agent Search Method: LB | In-Group List ID: 5001 | In-Group Campaign ID: XXX | In-Group Phone Code: 1
.. the rest are all defaults

IN_GROUP:
GROUP ID: XXX | Group Name: XXX | Group Color: Red | Next Agent Call: Random | Queue Priority: 0 - Even | Script: XXX | Get Call Launch: SCRIPT
.. then the rest are all defaults

CLUSTER:
3 telephony server, 1 web, 1 recording, 1 db

Thanks much!

If this is happening on one "Campaign" but not any others ... what is the difference between the campaigns?

Check all the settings and find a difference.

Are there different agents in different campaigns or do the agents share?

Is this related directly to a single campaign or a single ingroup or several ingroups in a single campaign ...? Try to narrow it down.
