leads count less than the good leads loaded in list

i have a problem when i load leads in a list. i have a csv file with over 2000 leads in it and when i load it in a list it says 2045 leads good 1 bad. but when i see the list the leads count says there are only 950 leads. a lot less.
i dont understand what the problem is
