Blank calls to the agent

Hi,

Some times my agents are recieving calls with no audio.
In a day ,out of 1000 calls i am getting around 200 calls blank.
its not continously blank calls coming to my agent.Suddenly blank calls come and without doing anything it will be normal again.
I checked with my sip connection,internet connection and audio hardware also and all are fine.
Every day its repeating the same and Unable to resolve the issue.

4) Codecs used

Did you really follow the SCRATCH_INSTALL Document? Did you read the manuals? READ IT FIRST!
