outgoing call says its that is not a valid extension

i am unable to make out going calls to Australia, i am getting the message of it is not a valid extension.
please help me.

are you getting this message while logging in as agent or while dialling out ?

Did u changed your server ip recently ,?
if yes then did u run the ip update script?

what dialplan you are using to dial out , and check the autodial prefix and manual dial prefix used in the campaing.

Do you have a carrier with a dialplan entry pattern that will match "061390402340"? (such as _06XXXXXXXXXX?)

Why the 0 + 11 digits? Seems like an odd pattern to me?

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

as you r dialling 061390402340 so your dialplan should be

exten => _061X.,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)

note:
{EXTEN:1} will remove the first digit of the dialling no ie 0 will be removed

make sure in campaign u should put 0 as dialprefix and in upload lead should have 61 as phone code and phone field with exact no .

Hi,
after changing the dial plan and add the 0 in campaign dial prefix. its showing on agent screen call was live, but its automatically wrap-up and not connecting to destination phone call.

yes, iam installing the g729 and given allow=ulaw also. but from soft phone i dialed the outgoing number(061XXXXXXXXX), its ringing in soft phone, but not connecting to the phone(destination).

what do you mean by "not connecting to"? do you mean not ringing? (asterisk CLI output will help troubleshoot that) or no sound when you answer? (which would be the codec g729 vs ulaw, you are already working on resolving ... ).

unless you have properly loaded your phone code which should include anything other than the phone number that your Carrier will require to make the call (1 or 0 in some cases, perhaps a country code in some cases, perhaps 0011 then the country code ... etc).
