Inbound CALL HUNGUP

Hi,

VERSION: 2.4-309a
BUILD: 110430-1642


Default Install. No Special software or customization

I am using IVR menus to take Inbound Calls. Soon the call connects it Hungup.

Agent Login without any problem and waiting for call. When call comes in if agent is on Pause it stays in queue soon he resume call it connects and Hungup. Even if agent is already in ready mode call connects and Hungup.

Please also post your installation method.

You should try this with the DID direct to an Ingroup before you get into Menus. Follow the Vicidial Manager's Manual for "normal" setup of a DID and get that working. Then make changes to different scenarios, but start with the basics.

Thanks for you reply. Installation method is default from CD. I tried all steps and could not get it working. At the end I did a fresh install and now it's working fine.
