New User " Client " need help

Greetings from Palestine Territory,

I have question and i don't know where exactly to ask or from where to get answer until i found this forum, and i hope to find the answers here.
in short,
I want to be resller or client on voipswitch or Vicidial servers, and i found many good server but i don't know how to contact the owner of them to give me the details

this is Vicidial server and voipswitch server, how can i contact the administration to deal with him to create user name and password for me, and from where i found the rate and the price ...
am new in this field and i really want to work on VoIP cause i hear that calls is cheaper than regular companies

you can try with a "whois" on the ip-adress.
but your probably on the wrong track, you should try google on "vicidial hosting" or something.

You can try to explain what your trying to accomplish and we might be able to guide you in the right direction.

I already try the whois and i got the hosting server website and i already contact them , but without any reply
also most of these servers hide the contact details " private hosting" as you know ...

I don't know what to do ?
Also, i want to know how they contact with clients and bring new clients, there should be website for more details

Call Gardo, his company has a hosted vicidial solution AND his service allows calling many countries. I'm not sure if Palestine is one of them, but it is a start.

Two options: 1) Find a hosted server that will allow calls to where you want to call or 2) Find a VOIP Carrier that will allow calls to that area, and then get a Vicidial server that will connect to the VOIP carrier.

What area do you want to dial into? Palestine?
