VERSION: 2.6-373a
BUILD: 120810-1018
Is there a way to remove duplicates from an inbound list. Here is the issue: I call my drops back with my outbound agents, but many people don't like to wait in queue on inbound and call 3-5 times. Thus creating 3-5 drops in my list. Then when we call them back it dials them 3-5 times in a row. The only way to avoid this is mark them all DNC after every call. Obviously not what I want to do.
The only thing that I could find that was close was the VLC Dup check. But My vendor lead code is identical on ALL callers,(I think this is done automatically as it puts in the inbound DID in this field and I don't remember an option to make this unique). Is there a way to dupe check off phone number instead?
P.s. I like having the vendor lead code the same as that is the only way I can use the LIST/Search for a lead feature to find calls from an individual DID.

please remember to post your installation method with version as well
CIDLOOKUPRL will attempt to lookup the phone number by the CallerID in only one specified list
Set your DID to this instead of CID and there will only be one of each caller in that list. with the final dispo. and a history of inbound/outbound calls instead of "fresh lead" each time. final dispo will be changed by the agent who makes the outbound call ... and will no longer be "drop" after the agent calls the client back.
