Dispo Call URL Additional Variables

I am looking for someone that can help me pass additional variables through the Dispo Call URL

The additional fields that I need helo to pass are

status_name (this is the dispo description)
recording_filename
called_count

Please let me know if you have experience customizing the disposition URL, I like them to work just how passing the others do. I do not want an external fine that has to do another call to the database, but like them to work just how the current VAR setup is with --A--variable--B--
