Need help: Lead record modification appears "X"

Hi Guys, Vicidial Group

it is my very first post, Im fun reading here discussions, issues, topic, Installation, etc in vicidial furom. Im a big fun of this site.
I would like to consult/ask something and somehow looking for a solution regarding this matter.

Scenario:

When i go to List, search the phone number, click on Lead ID that appears with then after which you will be route to Lead record modification. The information appears to be "X" and the Submit button is missing. I would like to ask how this thing happened did i missed something during my installation?

Sorry for the late reply, just resolved the problem one of my staff plays with the settings. He did not told me that he plays around on admin settings.
Just placed back the figure below to 0.

Admin Hide Lead Data: 0
Admin Hide Phone Data: 0

Perhaps you need to change that person's settings to NOT allow them to alter users?
