My asterisk and vicidialer installation went fine ( although initially i faced many obstacles).
Now my problem is when i tried to upload leads using list loader and super lead loader am getting,
Error: The file does not have required number of fields to process it.
i used the sample list "testMulti_VICIDIAL_lead_file.csv which i got from vici. what would be the issue. .please help me to sort it out....

make sure the list of the fields in their proper order... or you can try super lead loader to load the fields in custom layout.

Do you have uploads enabled in php.ini?

is your vicidial web directory world-writable?

i have used the sample format which i got from vici server, so i believe that the fields are in proper order.

i have check that and it is fine. i have another doubt. is this problem any way related to crontab. i mean,does this happen if some scripts are not running or not included in crontab.

This should have nothing to do with any crontab scripts. The issue is usually an Apache or PHP issue or a problem with file/directory permissions.

I am having the same problem. In addition, when I create a list (add list), and then go to show list, there are none!

Those are the same versions I am using, What is your php.ini memory_limit set to?

try to use the super list loader. Use the custom layout format as gerski said.

Same message -- standard or super. If I choose custom, I get the same response...

I also tried, "add a list" and putting in the list ID that I entered into the database during the scratch install. Here is the result of that:

However, when I then go to show list, there are no lists showing. In addition, if I try to modify the list at all, there are 0 leads and there is then no list showing...

Something is most likely preventing the list from properly being created in the database.

What version of astguiclient are you using?

Can you post the results of "describe vicidial_lists;" in MySQL?

with Apache 2.0, PHP 5.1.6 & MYSQL : 5.0.22
