Recording problem

Hi,

Iam using trixbox 1.2.3 with asterisk 1.2.12.1 version. During the call recording the voice is overlapping.
During the conversation if one person is asking questions and the other person is answering, in the recorded file after 2 to 3 minutes i first hear the answer and then question. Can you please tell me what should i do to fix this.

we dont recommend using trixbox for vicidial.

There are a lot of problems with VICIDIAL on Trixbox. You should try Sound Choice Comminications who specialize in VICIDIAL on Trixbox.

Can you please tell me where i should look for help in Sound Choice Communications to fix the problem in trixbox. Do they have fix for this problem..?Please guide me..
