Call Notes and Appointment Setting

hi,

i have question about script. In goautodial 2.1 CE there is a pre build script which is named Call Notes and Appointment Setting. i am able to use this script but after submitting the schedule date where actually it save the data and how I could get that data. from Admin Report I can't get that data. Am i suppose to mysql to get that data. If so then please guide me.


To Kumba, mflorell, williamconley, enjay, Michael_N, Staydog, gardo, Op3r, gerski, mcargile do not ask me how it is installed or what is the hardware because it is in vmware work station and for testing purpose. if i succeed only then it will be implemented otherwise not.


if you can't help me then do not tell me to buy the manager manual because i already have it and there is nothing about that script and how to use it or how to get the report from that script.

It's a lot easier to just use Custom List Fields instead of using that page. There is no utility for exporting the data from the database that is stored from that field.

ok i try to use custom list field. and some time after adding some fields if i delete one field it says table does not exist. and i looked in the mysql there is no table that i made for the custom list. then i have to delete the list and have to create another list.

any suggestion about this matter will be a good help for me.

My advice would be to stop using GoAutoDial and start using Vicibox and use the Latest Release (2.4) or even Latest Trunk (2.6).

Latest 2.4 will have more updated and patched/bug fixes for everything in the system.

Of course without switching to Vicibox, you CAN upgrade in place (use the Vicidial Wiki's SVN How To for upgrading via SVN) to get the latest 2.4 or 2.6, if you want to.

Latest 2.6 trunk via Vicibox will not only give you the latest version of Vicidial, but also the cleanest installation. Very stable. Lots of bugs squished. OS nice and clean and updated as well. Thanks to Kumba.
