i'd love to help.
first:
when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method, vicidial version and build, asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)
I always say that, so i'm not picking on you.
now: I don't change languages on any of my boxes, even the Spanish call centers work in english on the screen.
As far as I know, though, you copy the language files on top of the files in place. If you didn't get the language files during your installation, you can use SVN to install them. While you are at it you could upgrade to a more recent version of Vicidial (but be careful as you will lose the "pretty" agent screen which is unique to VicidialNOW ... which I do not believe is available in all languages anyway!)
