help vtiger integration

hello,
I vtiger integrated with VICIDIAL it appears on the second tab of the agent interface.
but I do not know how to use it, is it possible to make calls from vtiger
or if it receives a call from VICIDIAL a popup appears with vtiger customer information that can be changed

vTiger integration is limited and no longer actively developed. The version of vTiger is also quite old. Then again, you're using a fairly old version of Vicidial as well.

Check the admin->System Settings area for vTiger integration options. The Vicidial Manager's Manual has about a half page of features that were integrated, but if you want a "more robust" integration or later software, have a look at later versions of vTiger or SugarCRM. And decide what you would need integrated. We usually manage this on a case-by-case basis for SugarCRM and/or vTiger (ie: push sales into SugarCRM ...).

yes indeed goautodial 2.0 incorporates vtiger 5.1.0 what I want to do is upgrade vtiger and VICIDIAL to higher versions without reinstall.
could you tell me how.

both programs can be upgraded. both sites have upgrade instructions (vicidial has the vicidial wiki link at the top of the page, svn instructions are helpful, goautodial has upgrade instructions as well if you want to upgrade the "os/goauto stuff". vTiger has instructions also. but you'll break the integration when you upgrade vTiger because 5.1.0 is the highest version integrated.

I think it would be best to begin by placing this question in a topic in some way related to the question. Probably by creating a new topic/thread.

then:

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

I am able to have the click to dial in Vtiger, so I can make a call this way, but after when I dispose the call in vicidial, I have no update of the Vtiger information.

I tried to integrate the three scripts perl to export/import data from/to vtiger/vicidial but nothing happened. Any help will be welcome
