call does not ring

hello,
I do not have the option on hook on the admin interface. So I activate the alert at the interface agent if I receive a call there is a popup that appears.
my problem is that communication starts even before I click on the popup how to solve it.
and secondly how to make calls ring the softphone if I do not have the option.

yes I know this solution but as I use the translation in French goautodial 2.0
and translation steps will not work with 2.1 goautodial
