change recording name/path

The default filename of recording is FULLDATE_AGENT but I want to save recording in a different folder tree like
CAMPAIGN/TINYDATE/AGENT/FULLDATE_AGENT_CUSTPHONE

use the ftp process to ship the calls to an ftp folder which will create date folders during transfer. you may need to modify the ftp transfer to create your campaign folder as well, but the ftp perl script is much less complex than most of Vicidial.

Bear in mind, the ftp location CAN be on a local server if you require it (but I advise against keeping recordings permanently on a Vicidial server, as they can crash and need reinstallation which makes anything stored on that server a serious bummer when the drive fails ...)
