Is there any web interface to play and download the voicemails for a particular externsions. like ARI does

or export a report of voicemails with download locations.

as my voicemail to email is not working properly.

Just about all of our clients do voicemail through email, so we haven't ever been asked to develop this kind of functionality. It is not a feature now but I'm sure it could be added.

Is this option already available? I am looking to browse for voicemail audio files. Like GUI based perhaps? I am able to send it to my email but I was looking at the GUI option.

has not changed. you can use the ARI if you install it, or you can contact the vicidial group or a 3rd party to develop a web interface to manipulate VM.

Or perhaps pay someone to custom install the ARI on your system (it's not perfect, but it does work with comedian voicemail in asterisk).

so where are the voicemails kept on the server? i.e. what is the path? Also, how do I change a voicemail greeting?

/var/spool/asterisk/voicemail/default

dial 8500 to begin your interaction with the comedian voicemail system. this is not part of Vicidial, it's a stock asterisk module.
