More specific ratios?

is there any way to create more specific ratios?
ie can i create a 2.1 ratio, a 2.3 ratio, etc?

in some cases a 2.2 is to low of a ratio, i have agents in ready to long, and 2.5 will drop calls, so im looking to increase the ratio slightly as opposed to in such large increments.

any help on this would be greatly apprieciated, thanks.

Any reason you're not using the ADAPT dial methods?

You can add any fixed ratios to the admin.php page that you want in the Auto_dial_level pulldown.
