Callback Hangup bug in API

Hello Everyone,

I am a newbie over the vicidial forum but I am sure that I am not only the one who is facing the discussed bug.

My Problem:
I am unable to hangup call with callback request using vicidial agent API. Also tried the same with agc api but no success.

What I actually do to hangup is
Call two API as blow (with and without URL encoding over the values).

1) {protocol}server/goautodial-agent/api.php?user=test&pass=test&function=external_hangup&source=webform&format=text&agent_user=test&alt_dial=&auth=1&value=1&vendor_id=&focus=&preview=&notes=&phone_code=&search=&group_alias=&dial_prefix=&vtiger_callback=NO&blended=NO&ingroup_choices=SALESLINE&set_as_default=NO&alt_user=&stage=&status=RAXFER&close_window_link=&language=&alt_dial=

Server/ API Response: SUCCESS: external_hangup function set - 1|test

Server/ API Response: SUCCESS: external_status function set - CALLBK|test

Issue is with that even response SUCCESS for the second request, no callback request set in database and even the agent screen remain shows the screen to set callback time. {Real irritating :( }

Note: Both API calls are made parallel with no delays and is called from external source where I am working on. Important thing to know is promo and user both are set to receive callback.
Further more, I have tried to disconnect using callback from the vicidial agent screen with no issue, upon selecting callback later we gets an option appear for callback time. (which states our settings are accurate for the promo + upon selecting the database asterisk and table named as vicidial_callbacks shows up an new entry against the user test. But for API no new entry even with response success on it + an irritating window over the Agent screen for reselect the date and time+ reason for the same.)


Important: The second one have additional parameter passed for callback note which is not been posted due to the false positive forum spam detection.

Technical Server Installation Details are as:


Autodial server
VERSION: 2.4-309a
BUILD: 110430-1642


Default Installation with no Special software or customization.

Upgrade to 2.4 release candidate or the most recent svn/trunk.
