Postby solutinfo » Sun Oct 21, 2012 12:49 pm

Hi all
We get a did number from our voip provider.and we have it in one ip phone.

my newbee question is does inbound means that with this one reception number we can get calls via vicidial.with as many agents connected (i mean configure vicidial to receive inbound calls to this only number we have and getting our agents to answer.

Thank you

the answer is yes.

if your provider support multiple channels for the incomming call, then you can have multiple agents , queues , ivr with vicidial
