Got SIP response 503 "Max CPS rate exceeded"

I guess that CPS is Calls Per Second,
you should change the value of "Max VICIDIAL Trunks" under Admin -> Servers -> "your telephony server"
look at your agreement with your provider what your max CPS is, or contact them and ask
Vicidial Partner. Region: Sweden/Norway.
Does Vicidial installation, configuration, customization, add-ons, CRM implementation, support, upgrading, network-related, pentesting etc. Remote and onsite assistance.

admin.php -> Servers -> Modify Server -> "Max Calls per Second"

Try lowering it to 4 and see if that helps. Most people don't need this set to 20, and most carriers can't handle it set to 20.

thanks. we already did that. the case is it only happens in one provider. and switching to the other provider eliminates the error. so in summary, the errors happen only on our main provider. but they keep on telling us that the said errors are from our side. so logically thinking, it was really on their side. :))
